Free Trial: 3D Essentials Class (Stretch & Mobility)

This a trial class of one our 3D Essentials classes.This trial class in particular is focused on safe stretching and mobility.


3D Essentials classes in general are Pilates-inspired mat classes where you will be introduced to a range of props to improve your strength, core stability, standing balance and control as well as some functional body-weight exercises to mix it up! Flex bands, swiss, weighted and small balls, Pilates circles plus a range of postures and positions. 

Our sessions all have at least 3 levels of difficulty built in to each exercise so you can progress in your own time.

We strongly recommend that you have completed our Foundation 8 week course prior to purchasing and completing these classes. There is prior knowledge (Physio-based learning) expected for these classes. If you choose to attend these without having done our Foundation course, you do so at your own risk.
