This individualised physiotherapist-led strength and conditioning program was designed to meet the needs of some of our clientele. Specifically developed for the over 50’s to maintain strength, mobility, standing balance, flexibility and the ability to move easily as we age. We strongly believe that we can stay strong as we age and to do so means we can continue to do all the things we love to do for as long as we want to. It’s never too late to develop strength and improve mobility!

Important Information: Please be aware that a 1:1 Assessment Consultation with one of our physiotherapists is recommended before commencing this program and this can be completed online via our Telehealth platform and booked at www.3dphysio.com.au
